The nature of this suit against you is for a Complaint for Declaratory Judgment related to insurance coverage and benefits with respect to an auto accident that occurred on January 20, 2024, in the area of 1715 Lincolnway West, Mishawaka, St. Joseph County, Indiana. The Plaintiff has filed this Declaratory Judgment action seeking a declaration from the Court that there is no insurance coverage for you from the Plaintiff with respect to the accident.
