BE IT KNOWN AND REMEMBERED,, That by Virtue of and in obedience to a WRIT OF SEIZURE AND SALE emanating from the above named Court in the above entitled and numbered suit and to me directed, this date of 2/5/26, I, TIMOTHY SOIGNET., SHERIFF, duly sworn and qualified in and for the Parish of Terrebonne, State of Louisiana, have seized and will offer for sale at public auction WITHOUT appraisal to the last and highest bidder, in the Court House Annex at the Goode Street Entrance located at the Northeast corner of the Court House Annex in the City of Houma, Louisiana, on 6/17/26. Between the hours of 10:00 O’Clock A. M. and 4:00 P. M., the following described property, to wit:
A certain lot of ground in the Parish of Terrebonne, State of Louisiana, in Section 2, T17S, R18E, in that part thereof known as VILLAGE EAST SUBDIVISION and being more particularly shown and designated as LOT ONE (1) of BLOCK FOUR (4) on a plan entitled: "VILLAGE EAST SUBDIVISION", prepared by T. Baker Smith & Son, Inc., C.E., on file and of record in Map Volume 42, folio 59, Terrebonne Parish Clerk's Office; the said Lot One (1) of Block Four (4) measuring a frontage of Sixty-five (65') feet on the North side of Friendswood Drive by depth of One Hundred Ten and 24/100 (110.24') feet between equal and parallel lines; the said Lot One (1) of Block Four (4) is bounded Northerly by property of Arthur Cenac, Jr., et al, Southerly by Friendswood Drive, Easterly by property of Village East Realty, now or formerly, and Westerly by Olympe Drive, together with all rights, ways, privileges and servitudes thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
