PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on May 28, 2026, at 7:00 p.m., the Unified Planning Board of the Borough of Keyport will hold a public hearing on the application of Hudson Pointe at Keyport, LLC. The hearing will take place in the Council Chambers, 70 W. Front Street, Keyport, New Jersey. The premises which are the subject of the application are located on Manchester Avenue, Hudson Way and Seventh Street, Keyport, New Jersey. Said premises are also known as Block 120, Lots 8.01 and 9.01 and Block 130, Lots 42.01 and 49.01.
The applicant is seeking Amended Site Plan approval for the Hudson Pointe Project to allow the installation of utility services to be installed above ground and to change the architectural design for the project. The project was previously approved for 2 apartment buildings, 6 duplex units, one 2 family house and two single family homes. The project is currently under construction.
The applicant also intends to request at the hearing such bulk variance and/or waivers of design standards and/or submission requirements as are required to develop the premises in the manner indicated in the application materials, and any other variances or waivers that the Board may require.
Any interested party may appear at the hearing and participate, either in person, by attorney, in accordance with the Rules and Regulations of the Board. This application, along with all maps, papers and supporting documents filed with the application are on file in the Office of the Board Secretary, Land Use Board, 70 West Front Street, Keyport, New Jersey and are available for public inspection.
