Stewart; et al., Condemnees.   NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on April 22, 2026, Columbia County, Georgia filed a Petition of Condemnation and Declaration of Taking in the Superior Court of Columbia County, Georgia affecting the following property, owner and potential claimants:   Fee Simple: All that lot, tract or parcel of land situate, lying and being in Columbia County, Georgia, containing that 0.001 acre(s), more or less, portion of Tax Parcel ID No. 060 035 shown and depicted on the Right of Way of Proposed Hereford Farm Road Widening from SR. 232 to North Belair Road Columbia County plans prepared by AECOM under the supervision of Travis McClam, PE, Office of Design, and approved by Troy A. Hill, State Right of Way Administrator, on March 17, 2022 (the “Plans”). Reference is hereby made to said Plans for a more complete and accurate description as to the metes, bounds, courses, distances and location of said property.   Permanent Easement: A permanent and perpetual easement over, through and under all that lot, tract or parcel of land situate, lying and being in Columbia County, Georgia, being that 0.132 acre(s), more or less, portion of Tax Parcel ID No. 060 035 shown and depicted on the Plans, said easement being for construction, maintenance, and repair and replacement of slopes and utilities.
