APPLICATION TO APPROPRIATE WATER NO.95093 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that on the 11th day of March 2026 Walker Lane Minerals Corp of Colorado Springs, Colorado made application to the State Engineer of Nevada for permission to appropriate 0.5 c.f.s. (diversion only - no additional duty is being requested) of the public waters of the State of Nevada. Diversion is to be made from an underground source (IPPW-4) at a point located within LT 02 (NW1/4 NE1/4) of Section 03, T08N, R34E, MDB&M, or at a point from which the NW corner of said Section 03 bears N 76 degrees 08 minutes 24 seconds W, a distance of 3,515 feet (approx. 5 miles N of the junction of Hwy 95 and SR361, Mineral County, NV).
