APPLICATION FOR WATER NO.95092 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that on the 11th day of March 2026 Walker Lane Minerals Corp of Colorado Springs, Colorado made application to the State Engineer of Nevada for permission to change the point of diversion and place of use of 0.5 c.f.s., 242 a.f.a., of water heretofore appropriated under Permit 89667. Water will be diverted from an underground source (IPPW-3) at a point located within LT 04 (NW1/4 NW1/4) of Section 03, T08N, R34E, MDB&M, or at a point from which the NW corner of said Section 03 bears N 29 degrees 37 minutes 10 seconds W, a distance of 1,485 feet (approx. 5 miles N of the junction of Hwy 95 and SR361, Mineral County, NV). Water will be used for mining and milling purposes from January 1st to December 31st of each year. The existing point of diversion was located within the NW1/4 NW1/4 of Section 03, T08N, R34E, MDB&M, or at a point from which the N1/4 corner of said Section 03 bears N 67 degrees 20 minutes 00 seconds E, a distance of 2,300 feet.
