PURPOSE: The purpose of this public hearing is to review an Ordinance to amend the City of Oak Creek 2020 Comprehensive Plan Land Use category from Industrial to Mixed Use for the property located at 900 W. Drexel Ave.

(Per Title Commitment No. CO-14692) Lot 1 of Certified Survey Map No. 8065 recorded June 3, 2008 as Document No. 9620153, being a re-division of Parcel 2 of Certified Survey Map No. 6809, being a part of the Southeast ¼ and the Southwest ¼ of the Southwest ¼ of Section 8, Township 5 North, Range 22 East in the City of Oak Creek, County of Milwaukee, and State of Wisconsin.
AND A part of Lot 2 of Certified Survey Map No. 8065 recorded in Document No. 9620153 being a part of the Southeast ¼ of the Southwest ¼ of Section 8, Township 5 North, Range 22 East, in the City of Oak Creek, County of Milwaukee, State of Wisconsin; described as follows:
Beginning at the Northeast corner of said Lot 2; thence South 00°-45'-27" West along the East line of said Lot 2, a distance of 59.37 feet; thence Northwesterly 74.34 feet along a curve to left having a radius of 75.09 feet, the chord of said curve bears North 33°-27'-05" West, a chord distance of 71.34 feet to the North line of said Lot 2; thence South 89°46'31" East along said North line, a distance of 40.11 feet to the point of beginning.
The Common Council has scheduled other public hearings for July 7, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. This hearing may begin at 7:00 p.m. or as soon as possible following the conclusion of other public hearings.
