The loan has been defaulted and Plaintiff seeks to foreclose. PRAYER FOR RELIEF For an Order granting judgment against Borrower in favor of Plaintiff and/or declaring the amount due from Borrower to Plaintiff.Foreclosing Plaintiff's Deed of Trust lien and ordering the sale of the Property described above by the county Sheriff in the manner prescribed by law pursuant to ORS 18.901 et seq., with proceeds of sale paid into court.Granting any other further relief as the court may deem just and equitable.
