NOW on this 12th day of May, 2026, there having been filed by LANDON ALLEN in the District Court of Osage County, State of Oklahoma, a Return of Sale of Real Property for the Estates of Sue Allen a/k/a /Carolyn Sue Allen, Deceased, and Robert L. Allen a/k/a Robert Landon Allen, Deceased, asking that this Court enter its order confirming the sale of the real property therein for, namely all right, title and interest owned by the Decedents, Sue Allen a/k/a Carolyn Sue Allen and Robert L. Allen a/k/a Robert Landon Allen, in and to the following described real property in Osage County, Oklahoma, described as follows, to-wit:
A TRACT OF LAND IN THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER (SE/4) OF SECTION SEVEN (7), TOWNSHIP TWENTY-SIX (26) NORTH, RANGE FIVE (5) EAST OF THE INDIAN MERIDIAN, BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
BEGINNING AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF SAID SOUTHEAST QUARTER (SE/4);
THENCE WEST, ALONG THE SOUTH LINE THEREOF, 495.00 FEET, MORE OR LESS, TO THE SOUTHWEST CONER OF THE EAST HALF OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER (E/2 SW/4 SE/4 SE/4 SE/4);
THENCE NORTHWESTERLY, ON A STRAIGHT LINE, TO THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF THE NORTHEAST QUARTER OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER (NE/4 SW/4 SE/4 SE/4);
THENCE NORTH, 990.00 FEET, MORE OR LESS, TO THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF THE EAST HALF OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER (E/2 NW/4 SE/4 SE/4);
THENCE EAST, ALONG THE NORTH LINE OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER (SE/4 SE/4), 990.00 FEET, MORE OR LESS, TO THE NORTHEAST CORNER THEREOF;
THENCE SOUTH, ALONG THE EAST LINE OF SAID SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER (SE/4 SE/4), 1320.00 FEET, MORE OR LESS, TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING,
CONTAINING 28.12 ACRES, MORE OR LESS,
at private sale to DEKRAAI LAND COMPANY LLC, for the sum of $67,488.00.
IT IS ORDERED that said Return of Sale be and the same is hereby set for hearing before this Court at Pawhuska, Oklahoma, in the District Courtroom A, Osage County Courthouse, 8:30 a.m. on the 1st day of June, 2026 at which time all persons interested in said estates are required to appear before this Court and show cause why an Order Confirming Sale should not be granted as prayed for in said Return of Sale.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that notice thereof be given by mailing a copy of this Order and Notice to the heirs of the Decedents as required by law, and by publication one (1) time in The Pawhuska Capital Journal at least ten (10) days prior to said hearing.
