NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the final judgment rendered in this action on April 22, 2025, the Clerk shall offer for sale the following described real property at public sale for cash to the highest bidder:
Unit No. 707 of Sun Isle, a Condominium, in accordance with and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, terms and other provisions of that certain Declaration of Condominium of Sun Isle, a Condominium, as recorded in Official Records Book 2301, at pages 1777 through 1844, Public Records of Brevard County, Florida, as amended at Official Records Book 2305, at Pages 2227-2230, and as amended at Official Records Book 2477, at Page 2638, Public Records of Brevard County, Florida
This sale shall be conducted at the Brevard County Government Center, 518 S. Palm Avenue, Brevard Room, Titusville, Florida 32780 at 11:00 a.m. on July 8, 2026. This notice shall be published once a week for two consecutive weeks in The Eagle at least five days prior to the date of this sale.
