REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR
REPLACEMENT OF EXPIRING MCS-COF MULTI-
CRITERIA SENSORS W/CO DETECTION AT
JOANNE HOLLIS GARDENS AND RICHMOND TOWERS
The Housing Authority of Plainfield is hereby requesting the services of qualified and licensed contractors to submit proposals for the repairs and replacement of the fire alarm panel and addressable smoke detectors and CO Detectors at Joanne Hollis gardens and Richmond Tower.
Interested contractors licensed to conduct business in the State of New Jersey and certified by the Gamewell/FCI s E3 Series Fire Alarm System are invited to submit proposals. The Prevailing Wage Rate of New Jersey is applied to this work. Proposal packages may be obtained from the Administration Office of the Housing Authority located at 510 East Front Street, Plainfield, NJ 07060 and they can also be obtained at procurementbid@hap-nj.org.
One original and two copies of the proposal package must be received on or before 11:00 A.M., May 27, 2026 , by the Administration Office.
The Housing Authority reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or waive any informality in the proposals.
All proposals are required to comply with the requirement of PL.1975 C. 127, affirmative action and equal employment laws in accordance with the applicable state and federal regulations.
