High St., Columbus, OH 43215, seeking foreclosure of its lien interest in the real property located at 6571 Santa Cruz Place, Reynoldsburg, OH 43068, Parcel No. 060-006205-00; seeking a monetary judgment against the real property plus all interest, fees, costs, penalties, assessments, and any other equitable relief; and for the real property to be sold and to apply the proceeds to these claims.
