NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the In-Rem Final Judgment of Foreclosure and Award of Attorney Fees and Costs dated May 6, 2026, entered in Case No. 502025CA012128XXXAMB, in the Circuit Court of the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Palm Beach County, Florida, wherein, ESTATE OF ANN ANGELA ZAITZ; ANY UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, CREDITORS, AND ANY OTHER UNKNOWN SPOUSES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, AND UNDER THE ESTATE OF ANN ANGELA ZAITZ; MICHELLE PENVER; BEVERLY BERNSTEIN; UNKNOWN OCCUPANT #1; UNKNOWN OCCUPANT #2 are the Defendants, Mike Caruso as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at https://palmbeach.realforeclose.com at 10:00 o'clock A.M., on the 10th day of June, 2026 the following described property as set forth in said In-Rem Final Judgment of Foreclosure and Award of Attorney Fees and Costs, to wit:
Lot 111, of MELROSE P.U.D. (VERONA LAKES) according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 87, at Page 107, of the Public Records of Palm Beach County, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
