SOLICITATION OF BIDS
Sealed Bids will be received by the Bid Committee of the Board of School Commissioners of the City of Indianapolis until 1:00 PM ET on June 10, 2026 for RFB-26-019, Card Access Controls Replacement Project at Multiple School Locations.
A virtual pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 10:00 AM on June 2, 2026 via the teams link found in the main bid document.
The complete bid package can be downloaded free of charge at https://indigo.bonfirehub.com, where bidders are required to submit a bid response electronically. Bids will be publicly opened at the indicated due date and time via the virtual Teams meeting link in the main bid document.
The Board reserves all rights to extend or postpone the due date/bid opening without further advertisement. Late bids will be rejected.
