NOTICE OF DECISION TOWNSHIP OF EAST BRUNSWICK PLANNING BOARD RE: Block 89, Lot 4.17 PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on May 13, 2026 the Planning Board of the Township of East Brunswick adopted a Resolution memorializing its grant of amended preliminary and final major site plan, as well as bulk variances, to LIDL U.S. Operations, LLC (the "Applicant") in order to construct an approximately 23,481 SF LIDL grocery store (reduction in size from the previously approved 31,042 SF store approved under Application No. 21-26), as well as construct an approximately 1,015 SF restaurant with drive-through, on the property located at 651 State Route 18 and designated as Block 89, Lot 4.17 on the Tax Map of the Township of East Brunswick (the "Property"). The Board granted certain variances, waivers, exceptions and other relief from the applicable ordinances. A complete copy of the aforesaid Resolution, together with a copy of all supporting materials, are available for public inspection at the Township of East Brunswick Municipal Building.
