Note: A site visit can be arranged at the Caswell Road and Hillview Road closed landfills by contacting Nate Bates, Waste Reduction & Recycling Coordinator, Department of Recycling & Materials Management at nbates@tompkins-co.org or (607) 273-6632. Any questions shall be submitted in accordance with the procedures outlined in the General Instructions.
