INVITATION TO BID Jacobus Borough – 2026 Street Projects Sealed bids are required to remove three (3) existing stormwater drainage facilities and resurface portions of Farmington Drive, for Jacobus Borough. The Project includes removal of three (3) stone infiltration structures (located within the roadway), base course replacement, and resurfacing. Sealed bids will be received by the Jacobus Borough Council, York County, Pennsylvania, at the office of the Engineer (Site Design Concepts, Inc.) located at 127 W. Market Street, Suite 200, York, PA 17401 until 8:50 am, Monday (prevailing time), June 3rd, 2026. The bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at the office of the Engineer at 9:00 am (prevailing time), same date. NOTE: The Jacobus Borough Council hereby authorizes Site Design Concepts, Inc. to act on its behalf by opening bids. A bid bond by acceptable surety or a certified check made payable to Jacobus Borough in the amount of ten percent ( 10% ) of the maximum bid must be deposited by each bidder with his bid.
