PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE   NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held before the Allouez Village Board on Tuesday, June 2nd at 6:30 p.m. at the Allouez Village Hall, 1900 Libal Street to receive public comment on a proposed Conditional Use Permit Request at 424 Floral Drive (Parcel AL-994-L-37). The request is for a Type B Home Occupation to allow a small nail studio operated by appointment only as an accessory use within the home. Chapter 475 of the Municipal Code of the Village of Allouez provides regulations for the property owner to follow, if the conditional use is approved. You are further notified that a copy of the proposed request will be on file and open for public inspection at the office of the Village Clerk, 1900 Libal Street, between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. (Monday-Thursday) and 7:00 a.m.-11:00a.m. (Friday).
