NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING. The Village of Port Dickinson's Village Board will hold a public hearing at 5:00 pm on May 26, 2026 at the Village Hall, 768 Chenango Street in the Village, to consider the granting of a hardship waiver from the requirements of a moratorium on commercial development at 781-783 Chenango Street. A waiver would allow issuance of local approvals for commercial development at the property. Communications may be sent to the Village Board at the Village Hall (768 Chenango Street in the Village) prior to or at the public hearing itself. People with disabilities requiring assistance in attending or furnishing comments and suggestions should contact the undersigned.
