Box 109, Bethany Beach, Delaware 19930, at which time they will be opened, read, and recorded.   In addition, a pre-bid meeting will be held on Thursday, June 18, 2026, at 10:30 a.m. local time, at the Office of the Town Manager, Bethany Beach Town Hall.
