By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the clerk of Owen Circuit Court 2 of Owen County, Indiana, in Cause No. 60C02-2510-MF-631 wherein First National Bank was Plaintiff, and Marjorie C. Wilson, Robert Wilson, Unknown Tenant(s), and as against all unknown heirs, successors or assigns, and the World were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 14th day of July, 2026, at the hour of 10:00 a.m. or as soon thereafter as is possible, at www.zeusauction.com, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Owen County, Indiana.
