Please take notice that application has been made to the Zoning Board of Adjustment for a variance from the provisions of the Zoning Ordinance as follows:#230-22B The proposed garage encroaches into the front side yard. 37.5' is required by ordinance. We propose 26', a difference of 11.5'.#230-54D The proposed garage encroaches into the rear yard. 30' is required by ordinance. We propose 25.8', a difference of 4.2'.#230-54J The proposed garage addition requires an EGFAR variance. 3601.72sq ft is required by ordinance. We propose 3769.05sq ft, a difference of 167.33 sq ft. and such other variances that may be required in connection with this application.
The property affected is designated on the Tax map of the Borough of Glen Rock as: Block 218 Lot 7 Address 209 Cornwall Rd. Glen Rock, NJ 0745. The Applicants name and address is Erin and David Trick 209 Cornwall Rd. Glen Rock, NJ 07452. The work session for this application will be held on Wednesday June 3 2026 and the regular meeting will be Thursday June 11, 2026, both at 7:30 PM at the Municipal Offices at One Harding Plaza, Glen Rock, New Jersey. When the case is called at the regular meeting, you may appear either in person or by attorney, and present objections wich you may have to the granting of the relief sought in the petition. All meetings are open to the public. A copy of the application and plans wil be available for public inspection in the office of the Borough Clerk during regular business hours ten days prior to the hearing.
