MORTGAGE FORECLOSURE SALE
Default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by that certain mortgage executed by Ray Woolbright, an unmarried man, on June 28, 2022 to, Alabama One Credit Union, said mortgage being recorded in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Tuscaloosa County, Alabama, in Mortgage Book 2022, Page 59169, the undersigned, Alabama One Credit Union, as mortgagee, under and by virtue of the power of sale contained in said mortgage, will sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, in front of the Tuscaloosa County Courthouse, Tuscaloosa, Alabama, on June 17, 2026, during the legal hours of sale, the following described real estate, situated in Tuscaloosa County, Alabama, to-wit:
A lot located on 18th street in the City of Northport, Alabama and being in the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 16, Township 21 South, Range 10 West, and being more particularly described as follows:
Begin at the Southwest corner of Lot Number 29 of the Clements Hill Survey, a map or plat of which is on record in the Probate Office of Tuscaloosa County, Alabama, in Plat Book 5, on page 57; thence from a prolongation of the South line of said Lot 29 deflect 2 degrees 07 minutes to the South and run in a Westerly direction for a distance of 108.2 feet to the point of beginning of the property herein described, said point being marked by an old iron pipe; thence with a deflection angle of 1 degree 54 minutes to the right, run in a Westerly direction and along the North line of said 18th Street for a distance of 81.0 feet to an old solid iron rod marking the Southwest corner of the herein described property; thence with a deflection angle of 90 degrees 09 minutes to the right, run in a Northerly direction and along an existing fence line for a distance of 184.0 feet to a point marked by an old iron pipe being at the intersection of three fences; thence Eastwardly and along an existing fence for a distance of 81.0 feet to a point; thence Southwardly for a distance of 178.6 feet to the point of beginning, at which point the interior angle is 90 degrees 11 minutes.
This sale is made for the purpose of paying the Indebtedness secured by said mortgage, as well as the expenses of foreclosure.
