The following variance has been applied for: §30-5.1 Table "C": Minimum Front Yard Setback of 30 feet is required, where 31.5 feet is existing and 28 feet is proposed. The following pre-existing non-conformity will be exacerbated: §30-5.1 Table "C": Minimum Single and Combined Side Yard Setbacks of 10 feet for one side and 25.5 feet for combined side yards is required, where 9.9 feet and 20.6 feet, respectively, are existing and proposed. In addition, the Applicants seek any and all variances, waivers and/or related relief which may be necessary to approve the application that is proposed.
