Services may include design and possible construction administration and observation. The project site is located at an existing park near 35th Avenue and Baseline Road. The estimated total construction cost for this project is $9 million. Pre-Submittal Meeting Information A pre-submittal meeting will be held at 9:00 am on Monday, June 1, 2026, at 200 W. Washington St., Floor 6 West Conference Room, Phoenix, AZ 85003 AND via Teams. At this meeting, City staff will discuss the scope of work, general project requirements, and respond to questions from the attendees. It is strongly recommended that interested consultants attend the pre-submittal meeting. Inquiries regarding the project scope outside of this pre-submittal meeting must be submitted through the Procurement Portal. Request For Qualifications Packet On Thursday, May 21, 2026 the Request for Qualifications (RFQ) may be downloaded from the Procurement Portal at: https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/phoenix Consultants receiving a copy of the Request for Qualifications through any other means are strongly encouraged to download it from the City's Procurement Portal.
