NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING   NOTICE FOR HEARING REQUIRED BY A.R.S. § 48-715 ON REPORT OF THE FEASIBILITY AND BENEFITS OF CERTAIN PROJECTS TO BE FINANCED WITH THE PROCEEDS OF THE SALE OF GENERAL OBLIGATION BONDS OF VERDIN COMMUNITY FACILITIES DISTRICT   NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing on the report of the feasibility and benefits of projects to be financed with the proceeds of the sale of general obligation bonds of Verdin Community Facilities District shall be held by the District Board on June 3, 2026, beginning at approximately 2:30 p.m. to be held in the Phoenix City Council Chambers, 200 West Jefferson Street, Phoenix, Arizona 85003.
