NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE
NOTICE is hereby given that pursuant to a Special Execution and Order of Sale with Appraisement issued out of the District Court of Washington County, Oklahoma, in an action wherein Stride Bank directed to me, the Sheriff of Washington County, Oklahoma, commanding me to levy and sell with appraisement the following described real property situated in Washington County, Oklahoma to-wit:
THE WEST 100 FEET OF LOTS ONE (1), TWO (2) AND THREE (3), BLOCK TWO (2), PHIL-ACRES SUBDIVISION, BARTLESVILLE, WASHINGTON COUNTY, OKLAHOMA
Commonly known as 2114 SE Washington Blvd, Bartlesville, Oklahoma
to satisfy an in personam and in rem judgment against Kevin Foreman and Heather Foreman as follows (1) on Note 3217844 in the amount of $994,675.82 with interest, late charges and other fees calculated through March 31, 2026, with interest continuing to accrue at the daily rate of $181.01504 after March 31, 2026; (2) on Note 3304799 in the amount of $196,873.24 with interest, late charges and other fees calculated through March 31, 2026, with interest continuing to accrue at the daily rate of $38.36454 after March 31, 2026; and (3) on Note 3149391 in the amount of $49,170.72 with interest, late charges and other fees calculated through March 31, 2026, with interest continuing to accrue at the daily rate of $10.07954 from and after March 31, 2026, all as reflected in the Journal Entry of Judgment filed on April 21, 2026.
I will on the 22 day of June, 2026, at the hour of 10 o'clock a.m. of said day at Lobby, the property has been appraised at $ 822,300. offer for sale and sell to the highest bidder for cash in excess of two-thirds (2/3) of the appraised value of said property above described or so much thereof as will satisfy the judgment of Stride Bank, together with attorney’s fees, interest and all costs accrued and accruing.
The above-described real property is located at 2114 SE Washington Blvd, Bartlesville, Oklahoma.
