This hearing will be held in the Toomey Room, Danvers Town Hall 1 Sylvan Street, Danvers, Massachusetts and can be attended virtually. The public hearing will be broadcast online and through Danvers Cable Access Television (DCAT). Access information is posted at https://www.danversma.gov/AgendaCenter. Said hearing is relative to a request for Site Plan Review submitted by T.A.K.J., LLC for property at 37 Popes Lane (Map 48, Lot 28) and 85 Newbury Street (Map 48, 28B), pursuant to Section 4 “Site Plan Review” of the Zoning Bylaw. Said property is in the Highway Corridor Zone (HCZ) zoning district. The applicant is proposing to construct a new building and associated site modifications.
