ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS
In accordance with the provisions of Chapter 40A, Section 11, M.G.L, the Massachusetts Comprehensive Permit Law (M.G.L., c. 40B, §§20-23), regulations at 760 C.M.R. 56.00, and the Town of Bellingham
Comprehensive Permit Rules of the Bellingham Zoning Board of Appeals (Chapter 240, Attachment 4, of the Bellingham Town Code), the Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on Thursday, June 4, 2026 at 7:00 PM at the Arcand Meeting Room at the Denis C. Fraine Municipal Center, 10 Mechanic Street, Bellingham, MA 02019 on the application of Fair Housing Solutions LLC, c/o Kevin Lobisser, Manager, 1 Charlesview Road, Hopedale, MA 01747, related to property located on the west side of Depot Street, consisting of approximately 5.2 acres, and known and numbered as 46 Depot Street (Assessors Map 44, Lot 30), Bellingham, MA 02019.
The Applicant is requesting the Zoning Board of Appeals to issue a Comprehensive Permit for the construction and operation of a proposed 58-unit age-restricted (55+), single-story, rental housing community, to be known as Depot Townhomes, along with parking, landscaping, open space and other improvements to be located on the property. The property is located within the Residential (R) Zoning District.
Plans are on file at the office of the Town Clerk, Denis C. Fraine Municipal Center, 10 Mechanic Street Bellingham, MA 02019, and at the Zoning Board of Appeals Office, Denis C. Fraine Municipal Center, 10 Mechanic Street Bellingham, MA 02019. Any person interested or wishing to be heard on the application should appear at the time and place designated.
