Main St, New City, NY 10956 on June 24, 2026 at 10:30AM. Premises known as 102 Central Highway, Stony Point, NY 10980. Sec 20.10 Block 3 Lot 56. All that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and being in the Town of Stony Point, County of Rockland and State of New York. Approximate Amount of Judgment is $529,489.92 plus interest, fees, and costs. Premises will be sold subject to provisions of filed Judgment Index No 033799/2023.
The foreclosure sale will be conducted in accordance with 9th Judicial District's Covid-19 Policies and foreclosure auction rules. The Referee shall enforce any rules in place regarding facial coverings and social distancing.
