APPLICATION TO APPROPRIATE WATER NO.79548 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that on the 16th day of February 2010 Intermountain Water Supply, Ltd. of Sparks, Nevada made application to the State Engineer of Nevada for permission to appropriate 5.0 c.f.s. of the public waters of the State of Nevada. Diversion is to be made from an underground source at a point located within the NW1/4 NW1/4 of Section 15, T24N, R18E, MDB&M, or at a point from which the NW corner of said Section 15 bears N 44 degrees 54 minutes W, a distance of 933 feet (approx. 18 miles NW of Reno, NV).
