APPLICATION FOR WATER NO.95054 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that on the 18th day of February 2026 Pyramid Lake Paiute Tribe of Nixon, Nevada made application to the State Engineer of Nevada for permission to change the place and manner of use of 19.59 a.f.a., a portion of water heretofore appropriated under Claim 596 of the Truckee River Orr Ditch Decree. Water will be diverted from the Truckee River at a point of non-diversion located within the SE1/4 SE1/4 of Section 7, T19N, R20E, MDB&M, or at a point from which the NE corner of said Section 7 bears N 3 degrees 25 minutes E, a distance of 4,795 feet (Pioneer Ditch).
