SCHOOL BOARD OF LEE COUNTY LEASING CORPORATION NOTICE OF MEETING The Lee County School Board Leasing Corporation announces that it will meet on June 9, 2026, immediately following a recess in the meeting of The School Board of Lee County, which begins at 6:00 p.m., in the School Board Meeting Room at the Lee County Public Education Center, 2855 Colonial Boulevard, Fort Myers, FL, for the following purposes: (1) Approving minutes of the December 1, 2025 annual meeting (2) Considering and approving the issuance of not-to-exceed $55,000,000 aggregate principal amount of Refunding Certificates of Participation (COPs), Series 2026A to refinance all or a portion of the outstanding Series 2016A COPs Any person wishing to appeal any decision made by the Lee County School Board Leasing Corporation at a meeting or hearing will need a verbatim record of the proceedings.
