NOTICE OF PUBLIC
HEARING
In accordance with the provisions of M.G.L Ch 40A, Section 11, and Chapter 173, Section 48 of the Northbridge Zoning By-laws, the Northbridge Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on Thursday, June 11, 2026 at 7:25 P.M. at the Muncipal Offices, 1679 Providence Road, Northbridge, MA to consider the applications of Lackey Dam Properties, Inc., 5 Wixtead Court, Douglas, MA 01516 for Variance 3-V-2026 pursuant to Article VI Sections 173-19 (Table of Area Regulations) & 173-27. The applicant is seeking relief for the rear setback to demolish the existing commercial building and construct a 3-story residential structure with 4 apartments. The property is located at 95 Church Avenue, Northbridge, MA 01534 and is shown on Assessor’s Map 22A as Parcel 93. The property is located in a Residential 5 Zoning District and is owned by Lackey Dam Properties. The purpose of this hearing is to provide an opportunity for public comment. Anyone wishing to be heard regarding this matter should attend said meeting at the time and place designated. A copy of the petition is available for review at the office of the Town Clerk and Zoning Board of Appeals Office and may be reviewed during normal business hours.
