PUBLIC NOTICE OF HEARING NOTICE is hereby given that on June 9, 2026 at 6:30 p.m. in the Codorus Township Office Building located at 4631 Shaffers Church Road, Glenville, PA 17329, the Board of Supervisors of Codorus Township will hold a public hearing to consider enactment of an ordinance entitled “AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF CODORUS TOWNSHIP, YORK, COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA TO PERMIT DATA CENTERS IN THE GENERAL COMMERCIAL ZONES OF THE TOWNSHIP AND TO PROIVDE FOR THE REGULATION OF DATA CENTERS”. The Board of Supervisors may take final action on the proposed ordinance immediately following the Public Hearing at the SPECIAL MEETING OF THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS scheduled immediately following the public hearing. A copy of the full text of the ordinance may be examined at the address set forth above, during normal business hours from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m, Monday through Friday.
