NOTICE REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR VOIP SERVICES Solicitation No. PBCHA-RFP-2026-13 The Palm Beach County Housing Authority (PBCHA), acting for itself, instrumentalities and/or affiliates, is soliciting sealed proposals from qualified firm(s) to provide VOIP Services.
