REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING SERVICES CITY OF ALICE, TEXAS RFQ 2026-001 The City of Alice, Texas, is seeking Request for Qualifications (RFQ) from qualified engineering firms to provide comprehensive professional engineering and Owner’s Representative services associated with planning, funding, design, procurement, and implementation of infrastructure improvements funded through the Texas Water Development Board (TWDB) House Bill 500 Water Supply and Infrastructure Program. The City intends to select qualified firm(s) capable of providing services from initial project development and funding support through design, bidding, construction support, and project implementation oversight.
