REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS
PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING SERVICES
CITY OF ALICE, TEXAS
RFQ 2026-001
The City of Alice, Texas, is seeking Request for Qualifications (RFQ) from qualified engineering firms to provide comprehensive professional engineering and Owner’s Representative services associated with planning, funding, design, procurement, and implementation of infrastructure improvements funded through the Texas Water Development Board (TWDB) House Bill 500 Water Supply and Infrastructure Program.
The City intends to select qualified firm(s) capable of providing services from initial project development and funding support through design, bidding, construction support, and project implementation oversight.

The City of Alice reserves the right to negotiate with any and all proposers, as per the Texas Professional Services Procurement Act and the Uniform Grant and Contract Management Standards. Minority Business Enterprises, Small Business Enterprises, Women Business Enterprises, and labor surplus area firms are encouraged to submit proposals. Disadvantaged Business Enterprises are encouraged to submit.
