PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS (RFQ) FOR DESIGN-BUILD SERVICES Bexley City School District (the owner) in accordance with Ohio Revised Code Sections 153.65 through 153.72 is accepting qualifications from design professionals to provide: planning, design, and related construction administration services for a new middle school, stadium renovations, capital expenditure maintenance needs, and athletic/green-space design solutions for our landlocked community.
