LEGAL NOTICE   AN ORDINANCE OF THE PLUMSTEAD TOWNSHIP BOARD OF SUPERVISORS AMENDING CHAPTER 27 OF THE PLUMSTEAD TOWNSHIP CODE BY CREATING A NEW USE FOR DATA CENTERS; BY CREATING A NEW DEFINITIONS FOR SAID USE AND TERMS RELATING TO SAID USE; BY ADDING ADDITIONAL REGULATIONS FOR SAID USE; AND BY AMENDING THE TABLES OF USES TO PROVIDE FOR THE DATA CENTER USE   Notice is hereby given that the Plumstead Township Board of Supervisors will hold a public hearing to consider for possible adoption at the public meeting to be held on Wednesday, June 10, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. at the Plumstead Township Building, 5186 Stump Road, Pipersville, PA 18947. The proposed ordinance amends Chapter 27 of the Plumstead Township Code to create a new Data Center use as a conditional use in the Q-Quarry and LI- Light Industrial Zoning Districts with associated definitions and regulations, and update the tables of uses accordingly. The proposed ordinance is effective five days after enactment. A full copy of the proposed Ordinance may be examined at the Township offices, the Bucks County Law Library, and the offices of this newspaper during normal business hours.
