Notice is hereby given that Sherryanne Snipes has petitioned the Zoning Board of Appeals seeking a Variance for relief from the requirements of Section 301-2.3.5(3b) of the Protective Bylaws (Accessory Dwelling Unit Use) for the purposes of creating an additional curb cut at a property located at 24 Griffin Road, Sterling MA, Parcel ID 146-91. The property is located in the Neighborhood Residential zoning district.
A public hearing for this petition will be held at the Mary Ellen Butterick Municipal Building, Room 205, 1 Park Street, Sterling on June 9, 2026 at 6:00 pm, at which time you may appear either in person or by Agent or your Attorney and present any objection which you may have to allowance on this petition.
A copy of this petition is on file at the Town Clerk’s Office for review during regular business hours by appointment.
