TOWN OF STERLING PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE BOARD OF APPEALS 24 Griffin Road (Parcel ID 146-91)   Notice is hereby given that Sherryanne Snipes has petitioned the Zoning Board of Appeals seeking a Variance for relief from the requirements of Section 301-2.3.5(3b) of the Protective Bylaws (Accessory Dwelling Unit Use) for the purposes of creating an additional curb cut at a property located at 24 Griffin Road, Sterling MA, Parcel ID 146-91. The property is located in the Neighborhood Residential zoning district.
