§ 300-9.4 Site Plan Approval
The Upton Planning Board will hold a public hearing in Town Hall room G07 and remotely via Teams on Tuesday, June 9, 2026, on the following:
7:05 pm Site Plan Approval application for a new building addition to the DPW’s existing garage building along with supporting site improvements. Filed by owner/applicant, Town of Upton Department of Public Works. Property is 10.93 acres located at 100 Pleasant Street in Upton, MA. Assessor’s Map 24/Lot -21.01.
Copies of the applications will be available for review at: https://www.uptonma.gov/437/Planning-Board. Materials are also available at both the Town Clerk’s office and the Land Use and Inspectional Services office located in Town Hall. Any person interested or wishing to be heard on this application should attend the meeting either in-person or virtually at the designated date & time. Information about remote meeting participation will be available on the agenda to be posted on the Upton website (www.uptonma.
gov) prior to the meeting.
