Rezoning Hearing and CSM Review
The Town Board for the Town of Pittsfield will on Tuesday, the 9th day of June, 2026, at 6:00 P.M. at the Pittsfield Community Center, 4862 Kunesh Road, Green Bay, WI, 54313, consider the application for Joseph Burkel, Parcel PI-602 to be Rezoned, presently zoned (L-1) Light Industrial and wanting to rezone to (B-1) Business and to have a CSM Review on Lot 1 of parcel PI-602.
The property which is the subject of the requested rezoning and CSM review consists of 2.0004 acres more or less. The legal description of subject property are West 1/4 Corner of Section 33, Township 25 North, Range 19 East; thence, along the West line of the Southwest 1/4, S00°42'04"W, 221.12 feet to the North line of the Oneida Indian Reservation; thence, along said North line, S60°33'42"E, 802.80 feet to the East line of West 29 Storage Units, an expandable condominium recorded in Vol 5 of Condominium Plats on Page 212-215 as Doc 2473787; thence, along said East line, S00°42'04"W, 774.43 feet to the point of beginning; thence S72°11'23"E, 369.34 feet; thence S17°48'37"W, 265.25 feet to the North right of way line of Old "29" Drive; thence, along said North right of way, N72°11'23"W, 287.69 feet to said East line of West 29 Storage Units; thence, along said East line, N00°42'04"E, 277.53 feet to the point of beginning

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that immediately after the above reference public hearing the Town of Pittsfield Town Board will consider at the Town Board meeting the Petition for rezoning part of tax parcel PI-602, presently zoned (L-1) Light Industrial and wanting to rezone to (B-1) Business.
