PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE Proposed Rezone Before the Town of Franklin Planning Commission   PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on Tuesday, June 9, 2026, at 6:30 PM at the Franklin Town Hall, 14134 Taus Road, Cato, WI. The Town of Franklin Planning Commission will hold a public hearing for the purpose of considering the rezoning of approximately 6.031 acres from Exclusive Agricultural District (EAG) to General Commercial-Industrial District (C-I) and 2.521 acres from Exclusive Agricultural District (EAG) to Rural Residential District (R-1). The 6.031 acres EAG zoned land is a business, and the 2.521 acres is a residential property. The new proposed CSMs will be rezoned to General Commercial-Industrial (C-I) and Rural Residential (R-1) which are located in part of the SW ¼, NW ¼ Section 7, T20N, R22E Town of Franklin, Wisconsin.
