SOLEBURY TOWNSHIP Bucks County, Pennsylvania NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Supervisors of Solebury Township, Bucks County, Pennsylvania, will conduct a hybrid public hearing on June 16, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. in person at the Township Building, located at 3092 Sugan Road, Solebury Township, PA 18963. The purpose of the public hearing is to receive comment and public testimony regarding the proposed ordinance entitled, AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWNSHIP OF SOLEBURY, BUCKS COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA, AMENDING CHAPTER 8 OF THE TOWNSHIP CODE OF ORDINANCES (FLOODPLAINS) AND CHAPTER 27 OF THE TOWNSHIP CODE OF ORDINANCES (ZONING) RELATING TO DEER FENCING In summary, this proposed ordinance amends Section 8-301.1.B, related to floodplain area identification, Section 8-302.1.C, related to description and special requirements of identified floodplain areas, and Section 27-2105.1(2) related to establishment of floodplain conservation district. It adds new Section 27-2208.5(4), related to riparian corridors and new Section 27-2504.3, related to limitations of fences and walls and gates, and renumbers old Section 27-2504.3 to Section 27-2504.4. The proposed ordinance has a partial repealer and a severability clause, as well a provision for the effective date five (5) days after approval and adoption. At the public meeting after the hearing, the Board of Supervisors may consider enactment of the proposed ordinance.
