San Bernardino County Dept. of Behavioral Health Request for Proposals (RFP) Media Campaign (RFP #26-017) (ePro # DBHE26-ADMN-6300) San Bernardino County Department of Behavioral Health (DBH), is seeking proposals from interested and qualified organizations and agencies to provide a proposed plan for the provision of Media Campaign activities. Media Campaign is a multi-year campaign to raise awareness of Behavioral Health initiatives and educate county residents about substance use (including fentanyl), suicide prevention, mental health stigma, and employment opportunities at DBH. The Contract period will be for a five (5) year period beginning on October 6, 2026, through June 30, 2031.
