NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
A Special Permit (Case File: SPP26-003) public hearing will be held by the Stoughton Planning Board in the Great Hall, Third Floor, 10 Pearl Street, Stoughton, MA, on Thursday, June 11, 2026 at 6:30 P.M. on the petition of the applicant/property owner Charles Dow, ORE Associates, Inc., 333 Washington Street, Suite 203-4, Boston MA 02108 represented by SITEC Engineering and Environmental, for a Special Permit under Section 6.4 and a Stormwater Management Permit per Town code Ch. 159, for the non-permitted clear cutting of the property. The property is located on the West side of Turnpike Street in the #1700 Block, approximately 100-feet north of the intersection of Turnpike St. and Cabot Place (Assessors Map 96 Lot 2). The property is split zoned Neighborhood Business (NB) Zoning District and Residential Suburban-C (RC).
The Special Permit Application and plans may be viewed at the office of the Stoughton Planning Board, Planning Department, Town Hall, 10 Pearl Street, Stoughton, MA, during normal business hours.
