Diversion is to be made from an underground source (Well 2) at a point located within the SW1/4 NW1/4 of Section 7, T8N, R37.5E, MDB&M, or at the following GPS coordinates in WGS84: 38.56638° N, 117.80014° W (approx. 24 miles SE of Gabbs, NV).
