SOLEBURY TOWNSHIP ZONING HEARING BOARD NOTICE OF HEARING   Notice is hereby given that the Solebury Township Zoning Hearing Board will hold a public meeting on Wednesday, June 10, 2026 at 7:00 o’clock p.m. to conduct public hearings on the following applications: 1. The application of Bucks County Audubon Society, known as the Honey Hollow Nature Center for variances from Section 27-602.1.B relating to permitted accessory uses and Sections 27-2301.d.1; 27-2302.2, 27-2302.5, 27-2302.8; and 272303 relating to off street parking requirements for the proposed use of the property located at 2877 Creamery Road, New Hope, Solebury Township, Bucks County and identified as Tax Parcel Nos. 41-013-081-003 and 41-013-081-002. 2. The application of Denise Jill Marshall for a special exception pursuant to Section 27-2110 in connection with the construction of a driveway with a box culvert to cross a section of floodplain at the property located at 6195 Mechanicsville Road, Mechanicsville, Solebury Township, Bucks County and identified as Tax Parcel No. 41-002-085-001.   The Board may also consider such other business as may come before the Board.
