PUBLIC NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that the following persons or institutions have filed an appeal with the City of Erie Zoning Hearing Board pertaining to regulations as set forth in Zoning Ordinance No. 80-2005. A public hearing will be held on Tuesday, June 9, 2026 at 1:00 PM in City Council Chambers, 626 State Street, Erie PA at which time and place all interested persons will be heard.
The following appeals will be heard: Appeal No. 13,338 by Tony Logue, on behalf of Amy Grayson concerning a property located at 2931 Gloth Ave. [18-5153-306] located in an R-1 Low Density Residential zoning district. The appellant is requesting a Dimensional variance for a proposed ‘detached garage’. Appeal No. 13,339 by Lynette Thompson, on behalf of Reddoors, LLC for a property located at 1007 W 6th St. [17-4031-208] located in an R-2 Medium Density Residential zoning district. The appellant is requesting a Use variance for a proposed ‘Three-Family Home’.
