There are reasonable grounds to believe there are violations of the International Property Maintenance as adopted in §13-20 of the Corpus Christi Code of Ordinances (IPMC) or any rule or regulation concerning health, safety, or general welfare adopted by the City, with respect to structures on these properties. The structures are unsafe, unsanitary, unfit for human habitation, or do not provide adequate egress, or constitute a fire hazard or are otherwise dangerous to human life, or in relation to the existing use constitute a hazard to safety or health by reason of inadequate maintenance, dilapidation, obsolescence, or abandonment. Violations constitute a misdemeanor and can result in a fine of up to $500.00 under sections 106.3 & 106.4 of the IPMC. All such unsafe structures shall be abated by repair, vacated, and/or demolished in accordance with the Corpus Christi code. All persons with an interest in this property are notified that a Code Official will take further action pursuant to the IPMC if the violations are not cured within 30 days of this publication.
